Barriers to accessing quality mental and emotional care far surpass those for physical healthcare. A comprehensive evaluation allows for accurate diagnoses and is foundational for exceptional, individualized, educational, neurobehavioral, physical and mental health outcomes. Unfortunately, most mental health programs under-funded and understaffed leading to excessive wait times that result in incomplete or partial evaluations with little no no follow-up. We strive to fill that gap by providing integrated, comprehensive assessments and consultation so that people can access the care they need to fulfill their dreams.

Dr. Hatch-Pigott is a pediatrician and social worker with 25 years of experience serving urban and rural communities in the state of Hawaii and Arizona. She has cared for thousands of patients and families struggling with brain-based issues over the span of her career and knows how difficult it is to access highly qualified, compassionate
Dr. Hatch-Pigott is a pediatrician and social worker with 25 years of experience serving urban and rural communities in the state of Hawaii and Arizona. She has cared for thousands of patients and families struggling with brain-based issues over the span of her career and knows how difficult it is to access highly qualified, compassionate mental and behavioral health services. She is also a foster-adoptive mother who has witnessed first-hand the long-term impact of trauma on overall health and well-being. In 2019, she went back to school to obtain her Master of Social Work. Since then, she obtained her certificate in traumatic stress studies and is a certified trauma counselor. She is trained in EMDR, neurofeedback and is board certified in quantitative EEG (qEEG) brain mapping. Quantitative EEG brain mapping is a functional neuroimaging technique utilizing computer analysis of conventional EEG's with comparison to normative databases. This reveals individual biomarkers underlying cognitive and behavioral dysfunction, thereby removing the stigma of learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, behavioral struggles and mental illness.
